PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide frame of a medical waste container which is constituted in a way that it helps an easy placement of medical wastes into the medical waste container. SOLUTION: The guide frame 11 of the medical waste container comprises a cylindrical frame section 13 which is formed in a way to surround the bottomed four-sided cylindrical medical waste container 12, a guide section 15 arranged within the cylindrical frame section 13, and leg sections 14 which are vertically extended from the corners of the lower edges of the cylindrical frame section 13. The guide section 15 is composed of a slanting wall 16 which is extended from the inside surface of the cylindrical frame section 13 in the obliquely downward direction. An insertion hole 17 is opened at the edge of the slanting wall 16 for inserting medical wastes. The guide frame 11 is integrally formed of a transparent or semi-transparent plastic.
