PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat-back pad which can be manufactured by omitting a cutting die not to complicate the die to improve workability and enable foam resin solution to be smoothly flowed to prevent foaming defects of the foam resin solution. SOLUTION: A pair of notches 13, 13 are extended from a trim line 30 to a pair of reclining device bolt holes 22, 23 at an interval of the bolt holes 23, 23 to be formed on the lower end parts of pad-sides 12, 12 in this seat-back pad.
