PASTE FOR LOW TEMPERATURE SINTERING LAMINATED CERAMIC ELECTRODE

PURPOSE: A paste for a low temperature sintering laminated ceramic electrode is provided to improve the matching of the low temperature sintering laminated ceramic and a matrix by appropriately adjusting a particle size of Ag paste and a particle degree distribution. CONSTITUTION: For the beginning of a sintering, Ag particle of 20wt.% is 1-2 micro-meter. For the subsequent sintering, Ag particle of 50wt.% is 3-4 micro-meter. For the second sintering, Ag particle of 30wt.% is 5-7 micro-meter. A low temperature sintering ceramic powder is comprised of SiO2-B2O3-Al2O3 and a small quantity of a rare-earth oxide. A binder is added to the low temperature sintering ceramic powder to form a sheet. The particle degree of Al2O3 is less than 3 micro-meter. The particle degree of a glass component is less than 15 micro-meter.
