CONSTITUTION: A heat dissipating module is provided with a heat emitting element(3) and a heat conduction unit(5) located at the upper portion of the heat emitting element. At this time, the heat conduction unit includes a cavity type inner tube(51) for defining the first chamber(510), and a cavity type outer tube(52) located at the peripheral portion of the cavity type inner tube for forming the second chamber. At this time, the first chamber is capable of flowing air, and the second chamber is filled with super-conducting material. At the time, the inner tube has a flat surface(53) for easily contacting the heat emitting element.
