PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the simplification of communication facilities or the like by sharing multimedia information to enable transmission on a prescribed transmission line. SOLUTION: Information transmission zones Z are set to have overlapping mutually between adjacent zones, information communication base stations 1, 2<SB>1</SB>, 2<SB>2</SB>,... are installed in the respective information transmission zones Z, and an information transmission service area SA is configured. The respective information communication base stations 1, 2<SB>1</SB>, 2<SB>2</SB>,... can perform mutual communications by cables and/or by radio and are provided with information input/output parts for various kinds of multimedia information such as audio signals, image signals and data signals and in the information transmission among the respective information communication base stations 1, 2<SB>1</SB>, 2<SB>2</SB>,..., a variety of multimedia information are multiplexed and transmitted while repeating the storage and transfer of information in the information communication base stations 1, 2<SB>1</SB>, 2<SB>2</SB>,... to repeat the information.
