PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a user forgets things to do even when an object person is located closely at an unexpected time since there is a memorandum function as a main function of a portable terminal and the contents of an action for a user to perform is temporally managed by a conventional memorandum function. SOLUTION: In addition to the conventional function, the portable terminal system is provided with a means for sensing a person close to the user and stores a person file inputting person information and an action file inputting the action for the user to perform to the person located closely to the user. The person file has information for uniquely identifying the person.
