PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a portable communication terminal where the optional number of data can simply be selected and processed from among data on a call-incoming history, a call-originating history, etc. SOLUTION: A portable telephone set is provided with the grouped area of a call-incoming history area 66, a call-originating history area 67, a telephone book area 68 and an electronic mail area 69 within its semiconductor memory 65. By operating an operation part 36, identification information expressing each constitution data of a group can be displayed as a list on a display, and a plurality of pieces of identification information can be designated one by one from this. With respect to constitution data in a group corresponding to these pieces of designated identification information, processing of deletion, registration, etc., can collectively be carried out, and operation is efficient and simple compared with repeating the processing one by one.
