摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method for reducing generation of explosion during ignition of radiant tube is provided to reduce possibility of explosion by emitting coke oven gas accumulated as combustion air is continuously being flown in even during quenching to the outside and mixing residual coke oven gas with a large volume of air. CONSTITUTION: The method for reducing generation of explosion during ignition of radiant tube comprises a fuel valve cutout step for cutting out fuel valve when data for quenching is inputted while operating a burner; an air valve partial cutout step of partially cutting out an air valve so that air of a certain volume is supplied into a tube if the fuel valve is operated and then cutout in the fuel valve cutout step; a temperature sensing step of maintaining temperature of the tube to a certain temperature or more by sensing temperature inside the tube when the air valve part is partially cutout; an air valve turning on step of turning on the air valve when data for igniting the burner is inputted; a fuel valve turning on step of turning on the fuel valve after the air valve is turned on; and an ignition step of igniting the fuel valve if the fuel valve is turned on.</p>
