PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect the phenomena of magnetization of structures such as reinforcing bars and steel frames. SOLUTION: A circuit for generating determination pattern signals is connected to a video circuit of a television receiver to display a determination pattern on a CRT screen.
