PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arise an impulse of a fish toward its eating action by variously changing the movements of a blade (4) and a lure (5) and to make the fish jump at the lure. SOLUTION: One end of an upper arm (2) is provided with a rotary ring part (3) formed in a ring shape and a lower arm (1) is inserted into the ring. An eye (6) for a fishing line (10) is arranged at one end of the lower arm (1) and spacers (7) are fixed at both the sides of the rotary ring part (3) so as to sandwich the rotary ring part. A spacer (7) and an eye (6) are arranged at the other end of the lower arm. The other end of the lower arm is equipped with a swivel (9) and the lure (5). A connection eye (6) is arranged at the other end of the upper arm (2) and equipped with a swivel (9) by a split ring (8) and also with the blade (4). COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
