PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating applicator for viscous cosmetics which is highly usable in coating application. SOLUTION: The coating applicator for the viscous cosmetics is provided with a container which is opened at one end and in which the viscous cosmetics are housed, a cap which is attachably and detachably attached to the container in order to close the opening end of the container, a coating application shaft which is attached to the cap and exists in the container when the cap is mounted on the container and a plastic carrier which is attached to the front end of the coating application shaft, exists in the container when the cap together with the coating application shaft is mounted on the container and which is flocked with fibers having a function to stick the viscous cosmetics to a cosmetizing area as a coating application section.
