PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate a pretreating body for tilling and piling up a part of an original levee and a field into a levee form and a levee reshaping body forming soil tilled with the pretreating body while rotating in the horizontal direction or regulate an offset magnitude in a levee plastering machine. SOLUTION: This levee plastering machine is obtained as follows. (1) The pretreating body 19 and the levee reshaping body 20 can be rotated and regulated with a transmission frame 12 as the center of rotation in the horizontal direction and supporting the base side of the transmission frame 12 so as to enable regulation of the offset magnitude in the horizontal direction through parallel links 5 and 6 relatively to the frame 2 on the body side. (2) The pretreating body 19 and the levee reshaping body 20 are rotated through a link body 25. (3) The link body 25 is operated by stretch of a cylinder mechanism 26. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
