PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized resin case for a non-reciprocal circuit element for preventing a flat capacitor from being destroyed by an external force exerted upon a non-reciprocal circuit element and a miniaturized high- reliable non-reciprocal circuit element using the same. SOLUTION: In the resin case for a non-reciprocal circuit element composed of a conductor sheet or a magnetic yoke and a thermoplastic resin and formed with recesses for respectively receiving a plurality of load capacitors connected with ends of a central conductor in an assembly with a plurality of the central conductors arranged on a ferrimagnetic substance, the load capacitor is the flat capacitor configured by forming an electrode on the principal surface of a dielectric substrate in the form of a long plate, each of the bottom surface of the recesses is approximately formed into plane from the integrated conductor sheet, and the assembly is arranged on the upper part of the flat capacitor received in the recess.
