PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic-part mounted circuit board allowing a low cost and miniaturization to be realized and an electronic-part mounting method mounting electronic parts with lead electrodes on both sides of the circuit board when mounting the electronic parts with the lead electrodes on both sides of the circuit board. SOLUTION: A first extension part 122a included in a first lead electrode 122 of a first electronic part 121 is joined to a first plane 111a of a circuit board 111, so as to change an electronic part having the lead electrode into a surface-mounted electronic part. Consequently, a first electronic part and a second electronic part 131 having the lead electrodes can be mounted on both sides of the circuit board. Thus, the electronic parts having relatively inexpensive lead electrodes are used to contrive the miniaturization of the circuit board and permit the miniaturization of the circuit board to be compatible with a reduction in cost.
