PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel enabling arrangement for an on-vehicle electronic equipment and reduction of component cost and weight increase for support structure therefor. SOLUTION: In this instrument panel 1 arranged with the on-vehicle electronic equipment 21 and a center vent having a pair of left and right diffuser ports 19a, 19b in an upper part of a center cluster part 4, an opening 6 for the center vent is provided via a shelf part 13 for partitioning a lower edge of an on- vehicle electronic equipment arranging opening 5 in a lower part thereof, a bracket part 14 connected to a pillar-to-pillar member 15 through a space between air-ducts 18a, 18b connected to the pair of left and right diffuser ports 19a, 19b of the center vent is provided in the shelf part 13, and the on-vehicle electronic equipment 21 is supported by the pillar-to-pillar member 15 via the bracket member 14.
