PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate a drive position 5, a neutral position 3 and a retreat position 4 by a clutch 7 in a lever tip part and to regulate a speed of an automobile or the like by an accelerator pedal, using three bevel gears 11 as a main body, so as to be moved smoothly. SOLUTION: A key 9 is moved laterally in a groove 15 by the clutch 7 of the lever 1 tip part, a joining bevel gear 2 is rotated by a male gear 13 and a female gear 14 to rotate respective shafts thereof. The rotation of the shafts moves smoothly the automobile or the like in the drive position 5, the neutral position 3 and the retreat position 4, and the speed is regulated by the accelerator pedal.
