PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a reduction ratio for transfer without being conscious of a shift position in an automatic transmission. SOLUTION: This driving force transmission includes a speed sensor for detecting a speed of a vehicle, a detection sensor for detecting the shift position of the automatic transmission 100, a shift-by-wire ECU 300 for changing the shift position of the automatic transmission 100, and a 4WD-ECU 200 for transmitting an indication signal to the shift-by-wire ECU 300 to change the shift position to a neutral position when the vehicle speed is a prescribed speed or less, in response to reception of a Hi-Lo switching request signal from a Hi-Lo switching switch 400, and for transmitting a Hi-Lo switching signal to a transfer motor 106 in response to detection that the shift position is located in the neutral position by the detection sensor.
