PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cookware having a cooking surface which more facilitates washing and is more hardly affected by an erroneous use by utilizing the merit resulted from a non-planar coated cooking surface. SOLUTION: In the cookware, an upward cooking surface 8 to arrange food to be cooked is equipped with the regular patterns of a concentric undulating parts composed of projections 12 and grooves 14. The interval of the projections 12 is in the range from 2.3 mm to 2.8 mm and a vertical distance from the upper end of the projection 12 to the bottom of the groove 14 is in the range from 0.05 mm to 1.5 mm.
