PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide disposable pants which eliminate uneasiness during wearing by enabling a crotch area on the side of the bottom of an opening around legs to be held between thighs of the wearing person without taking extra labor for wearing. SOLUTION: In the disposable pants 1A, the first liquid absorbable panel is positioned between a liquid permeable sheet 2 and non-liquid permeable sheets 3 and 4. An opening 16 around the body and an opening 17 around a pair of legs are arranged. The opening 17 around the legs is enclosed by a flap 13 around the legs extending in the direction of surrounding the legs outside both side rims of the first panel to minimize the width dimensions between both the side rims of the first panel on the side of the bottom part 17b of the opening 17 around the legs. In the flap 13 around the legs, there are formed a first fold line extending in the direction of surrounding the legs and a second fold line extending across the width thereof. In the article 1A, the flap 13 around the legs is folded through the first and second fold lines inside the opening 17 around the legs. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
