PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for selecting a bedding a bedding wherein the bedding with the optimum stiffness can be selected in a subject for the measurement. SOLUTION: In the device for selecting the bedding suitable in the subject for the measurement, this device has a body-shape measuring device 1 of measuring the shape of unevenness of the back side of the subject for the measurement, and a processing unit 51 having a comparing part to compare a measurement value measured by means of this body-shape measuring device with a set value set beforehand and having a judgment device of selecting the bedding with a suitable stiffness based on the comparison in this comparing part.
