PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing vermicelli using the bitter taste component, triterpenoids of Ganoderma lucidum to give effects of antiallergy, antiandrogen, antihypertension. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing vermicelli is characterized by the steps of: extracting the bitter taste component, triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum, adding 3-9% of the extract to the flour for vermicelli, and kneading them. |
