PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cooling-air flow duct in a molded coil without using a trimming die and carrying out powder filling and removing. SOLUTION: The cooling-air flow duct in the molded coil are formed with an assembly of hollow components for cooling-channel forming located between coil layers. The molded coil is formed by filling a forming resin into predetermined portions in a state that the cooling-channel forming components, such as cylindrical body, are held between the coil layers, and the hollow portions of the cooling-channel forming components are left hollow.
