PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an improvement in deflection sensitivity and suppression of crosstalk voltage using a simply configuration, and at the same time, to provide a technological means for suppressing the cost increase. SOLUTION: This deflection yoke comprises a first deflection means for deflecting an electron beam in horizontal and in the vertical directions, and a second deflection means for deflecting an electron beam in horizontal and vertical directions. While horizontal and vertical deflection coils, constituting the second deflection means, have a first sub-coil and a second sub-coil, the first sub-coil is wound about the first deflection means, and the second sub-coil is wound about the second deflection means.
