PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting cup of a vacuum cleaner capable of easily removing dust caught by a mesh body of a cylindrical filter. SOLUTION: The cylindrical filter 89 of a filter holder 88 of a wind direction controller 75 is inserted into an exhaust hole 77 of a frame body 76 of the wind direction controller 75, and the cylindrical filter 89 is drawn and slid along the axial direction relative to the exhaust hole 77 of the frame body 76. The surface of the mesh body 94 of the cylindrical filter 89 is rubbed with a dusting brush 81 planted on the exhaust hole 77 of the frame body 76. The dust, caught by the mesh body 94 of the cylindrical filter 89 and attached to the surface of the mesh body 94 can be easily removed with the dusting brush 81. Accordingly, the work of removing the dust caught by the mesh body 94 of the cylindrical filter 89 can be easily performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
