PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent appeal power as advertisement within a vehicle where a number of people collect and sit without changing positions over a fixed time and give a high-grade image fitted to a commodity, in case of a high-grade article, to viewers by using a seat provided with an easily replaceable facing material as a medium of advertisement. SOLUTION: This vehicular seat to be set in the body of a vehicle such as commuter train or bus comprises a seat bottom 2 having a seat bottom cushion 9 attachably and detachably mounted with a facing material 10 with advertisement information A expressed thereon; a seat back 3 attachably and detachably mounted with a facing material 15 with advertisement information A expressed thereon; and a seat frame 1 for supporting the seat back 3 so as to rise in the rear part of the seat bottom 2.
