PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry the articles, put in an automatic vending machine, into an article storage passage in an orderly state, without making assembling work complicated or causing an increase in production costs. SOLUTION: An article posture control device of the automatic vending machine comprises a posture control plate 10 disposed swingably between a pair of side plates 20, 20 so as to move forward/backward in a passing region of the articles G put in a top tray 5. The carrying-in posture of the articles G with respect to the article storage passage 3 is set by having the contacting part 16 of the posture control plate 10 abut on the articles G before the put-in articles G are carried into the article storage passage 3. A shaft-like part 12 serving as a center of swinging of the posture control plate 10 is formed integrally with the posture control plate 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
