PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measuring method in the extrusion molding capable of measuring, directly and simultaneously, the temperature inside a resin in the extrusion molding of a resin coating of an electric wire or the like, and examining in detail a heat history, a heat quantity or the like imparted to an inclusion at the extrusion molding time. SOLUTION: In this temperature measuring method at the extrusion molding time, the thermocouple 5 is introduced into a die 7 of an extruder together with the inclusion 3 in the state where the thermocouple 5 is placed along the periphery of the inclusion 3 such as the electric wire, and, while measuring the temperature by the thermocouple 5, the resin is extrusion-molded from above the thermocouple 5 and the inclusion 3, thereby forming the resin coating 1.
