PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure the surface temperature of a cooking iron plate or the like. SOLUTION: This device comprises a heat-transfer base plate 3 equipped with a flat undersurface 7 serving simultaneously as both a heating surface and a loading surface, a temperature sensor 15 formed by supporting a heat detection part 16 on the base plate 3, and a heat display part 17 for displaying the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 15.
