PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve waterproofness upon separation from a matching connecting implement in a waterproof type connecting implement used in a tunneling work. SOLUTION: The connecting implement 1 is equipped with an outer portion 2 made of a soft resin with a plurality of joining terminals 5 protruded within a cylindrical connecting part 3, and an inner 4 having a plurality of through- holes 12 separated from each other for inserting the respective jointing terminals 5 when being installed within the connecting part 3 of the outer portion 2. A plurality of small cylindrical parts 20 for insulation respectively surrounding the jointing terminals 5 protruded are provided in the outer portion 2, and a plurality of annular groove parts 21 respectively surrounding the through-holes 12 are provided corresponding to the small cylindrical parts 20 for insulation in the inner portion 4.
