PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve, its device, internal combustion engine, manufacturing method for fuel injection valve, a nozzle body therefor and manufacturing method for the nozzle body, capable of securing a stable fuel atomizing characteristic with a high precision and assuring an excellent productivity. SOLUTION: The fuel injection valve is equipped with a nozzle body, an injection hole provided in the nozzle body, a valve body to open and close a fuel passage from the injection hole between it and the nozzle body, and a driving means to drive the valve body, in which a projection is formed equipped with an opening having a communication to downstream of the injection hole in the nozzle body where part of the side face and the forefront are left open, and the invention includes a manufacturing method for such a nozzle body through plastic processing and also an internal combustion engine using it.
