PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor in which a throughput required for digital signature processing and verification thereof can be reduced without increasing an amount of target data. SOLUTION: In the information processor 100 for applying signature processing to the target data, extraction means 103 and 104 extract components of values not belonging to a prescribed range out of components comprising the target data.
