PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit capable of suppressing voltage fluctuations in an oscillated frequency to be a small amount and outputting an oscillation signal with an excellent phase noise characteristic. SOLUTION: A memory block 5 switches a gate voltage of MOS capacitors 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 to a ground level or a power supply voltage level to select capacitors 2-1, 2-2, 2-3 thereby adjusting the oscillating frequency of a VCXO 100.
