PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount one kind of a casing to any of a wall surface, a panel and an opening. SOLUTION: When an electronic apparatus casing 1 is mounted to a wall surface or a panel, mounting screws are inserted into a plurality of mounting holes 3b, 3c formed in a back plate 3a of a base 3 from a front surface side to fix to the wall surface or panel by screwing. When the electronic apparatus casing 1 is mounted to an opening formed in a door of a box body by fitting, the opening edge of the door is interposed between the base 3 and a cover 4, and cover mounting screws 7 are inserted into cover mounting holes 3f formed near four corners of the base 3 and through holes formed in the opening edge of the door sequentially from a back side.
