SOLUTION: In an infrastructure type radio LAN system, an access point device comprises a roaming history managing part 141 for storing the total number of roaming times of each roaming destination as history each time roaming is performed while performing a radio LAN service, and a scan channel candidate notifying part 142 for determining an access point of a roaming destination as a scan channel candidate in order of the number of roaming times on the basis of the stored history and notifying a mobile terminal device coming to connect to its own access point of the access point.
