SUBSTANCE: governor has housing accommodating stator and magnet-carrying rotor, valve, spring, and connecting wires; stator is made in the form of integral double-section coil reinforced by four strips and provided with slots and grooves on one of external and internal walls to receive connecting wires; coil is placed in metal cartridge which closes magnetic flux.
