FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: carbohydrate modulus "Alkosoft", 4.8-5.2 kg; natural "Bonifikator AMO-97" of firm "Reino and Fis" (France) as a food supplement, 0.1-0.2 kg; 65.8% sugar syrup, 9.0-9.4 l; oat flakes an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the I-st blend, 3.4-3.8 l; yeast-free buckwheat small loafs an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the I-st blend, 4.0-4.4 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to the strength value 40%. Invention allows expansion assortment of vodkas, to prepare vodka with high taste and organoleptic indices specific for cereal vodkas, with low capacity for induction the withdrawal syndrome and low toxicity. The combination of used components and their quantitative content confers to vodka weak taste and aroma of roasted peanut and allows stabilization of complex of biologically valuable components and aroma in vodka.
