PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of an outer surface part of an insert part including an angle rubber by easily and surely grasping bending of a tip part. SOLUTION: This laparoscope device is provided with a bending detecting means for detecting bending of a tip part 10a of a laparoscope 10, an electrostatic switch 24 for detecting holding of a grip part 23 of the laparoscope 10, and a mounting detecting means for detecting mounting of the laparoscope 10 in a trocar 25 by a pressure sensor 28 or the like, whereby when bending of the tip part and holding of the grip part, or bending of the tip part and mounting of the laparoscope are detected, or all of these are detected, a warning signal is generated, and an LED lamp 32 is lighted, or warning indication is caused to appear in a monitor. Thus, it is possible to surely prevent the laparoscope 10 from being pulled out with the tip part 10a still bent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
