PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning wiper in which efficiency in the use of a cleaning face for cleaning a surface to be cleaned is improved and running costs are reduced. SOLUTION: The cleaning wiper has a base member that a user can grasp, a supporting arm member whose one end part is supported by the base member, a rotating member in the shape of approximately polygonal prism freely rotatably supported by the other end part of the supporting arm member and having a plurality of planes on the outer peripheral side, and a rotation control mechanism for controlling the rotation of the rotating member to selectively hold any one of the plurality of planes on the outer peripheral side of the rotating member at a prescribed position.
