PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminate of polyethylene and polypropylene excellent in the balance between the cost and the performance and in interlaminar bonding properties. SOLUTION: A coextrusion laminate is obtained by the melt coextrusion of a resin layer (A) and a resin layer (B). The resin layer (A) comprises an ethylenic resin polymerized using a metallocene catalyst and based on an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer having specific physical properties. The resin layer (B) comprises a propylene resin polymerized using the metallocene catalyst and based on a propylene/α-olefin random copolymer having specific physical properties.
