PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiogram conversion panel having improved brightness, graininess and sharpness, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This radiogram conversion panel having on a support, a phosphor layer containing at least one layer of phosphor particles is characterized by containing amorphous AOx particles (A is at least one kind selected from Si, Ti, Al, Zr, transition elements and rare earth elements) whose ratio occupying in the phosphor particles is 0.0005-1.0 wt.%.
