PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device making continuous data of electric energy to electronic data by using a conventional inductive watt-hour meter. SOLUTION: An electronic regenerator 1 is constituted of a box 3 detachable to a set inductive watt-hour meter 2, detects rotating momentum by detecting a marker 9 provided to a rotating disk 6 and emits pulse signals based on the detected rotation. This signal is received with an electric energy controller 14, and continuous data are turned into electronic data. With the digitalized continuous data and time information from a timer 16, electric energy at each specific time zone is calculated. The continuous data of electric energy obtained in this manner are transmitted to an external apparatus and simultaneously indicated on an electronic display 15a of the main body.
