PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination type heat exchanger used for a lamination type evaporator of an automobile air conditioner or the like, which not only improves a heat resisting strength but also facilitates mixing of the fluid by disturbing a current of a fluid at a header part, reduces a pressure loss lower than a conventional lamination type heat exchanger, and further to provide a refrigerating cycle system comprising the lamination type heat evaporator, with an excellent air-cooling performance. SOLUTION: On a circumferential edge part of a fluid passing hole 8 of a header forming recessed part 4 of each core plate 2 of the lamination type heat exchanger 1, an annular wall 10 having an inclined wall part 10a which is projecting from a leading end of a bottom wall 7 toward inside of the header forming recessed part 4 and is formed in a shape gradually tapered toward a center of the fluid passing hole 8 is provided. The flat bottom walls 7, 7 of the header forming recessed parts 4, 4 of the adjoining plates 2, 2 are jointed and only the annular walls 10 and 10 are not jointed but arranged in a nearly V shape cross section to form an annular recessed part 11 for mixing fluid between the both annular walls 10, 10.
