PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reinforce corrosion resistance and wear resistance of a tube terminal part, or a weak point, without increasing the cost. SOLUTION: A protective resin coating layer 12 in the outermost layer of a multilayer film is formed of a relatively thick resin layer, the protective resin coating layer 12 in the outermost layer covers a metal tube in the full length except for its both end parts 11a and 11b, and the both ends parts 11a and 11b of the metal tube is formed with a corrosion resistance resin film layer of more stratified structure than the film of the inside of the protective resin coating layer 12 in the outermost layer.
