FIELD: food-processing industry and agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has dosing rotor with shafts having slots of depth providing placing of single-layer grits of bulk material, pattern made in the form of movable shield equipped with electromagnetic drive and connected with sensor for detecting presence of piece of article, and conveyor for discharging unused material. Apparatus may be equipped with slot cleaning device and may be used for dosed feeding of small-sized and large- sized bulk materials during in-line processing of articles, for example, for covering glazed cream cheese with cracked nut. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced consumption of bulk material by repeated usage thereof, increased precision in feeding bulk material to surface to be processed and provision for uniform single-layer covering of article. 3 cl, 4 dwg |
