PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a person who has retired from an organization such as an enterprise because he/she has reached the age limit to use the same mail address as that before retirement without changing the domain or address of electronic mail. SOLUTION: The intranet server system of the organization such as the enterprise is provided with a retired person/OB mail server to relay and distribute mail with the function of identity authentication. For the purpose of keeping the security of the server system in the organization such as the enterprise, an OB service provider is provided on an external communication information network, illegal invasion is prevented and identity is authenticated to perform the services of electronic mail for retired persons.
