摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily perform switching to a bypass route when a fault occurs in a network control system provided with a high speed network and a low speed network, and a fault relief method. SOLUTION: The high speed network composed of an optical transmission line 5 in a redundant configuration is connected to the high speed interface parts of a plurality of high speed side transmitters 1-4 provided with the high speed interface parts and low speed interface parts 6, a low speed network 10 switchable to the bypass route is connected to the low speed interface parts 6 via low speed side transmitters 11-13, and data are transmitted between terminal devices connected to the low speed network or the low speed side transmitters. In such a network control system, each of the high speed side transmitters 1-4 has an alarm detecting part for detecting the interruption of signals or the reception of an alarm between an active system and a reserve system via a high speed interface, and a shutdown control part for applying shutdown to the low speed side transmitters in response to the detection of the signal interruption or the detection of the alarm reception by the alarm detecting part in both the active system and the reserve system, and the low speed side transmitters are switched to the bypass route in response to the shutdown.
