PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication apparatus comprising an antenna and a communication equipment, which can suppress sufficiently signal transmission loss occurred between the antenna and the communication equipment, and also can allow us to conduct easy restoration operation in a case of failures in the communication equipment. SOLUTION: The wireless communication apparatus comprises an antenna 2, a transmitter 3, and a frame 5 that can mount the antenna 2 and the transmitter 3 in a state connecting each other through respective connecters or adapters, and the antenna 2 and the transmitter 3 are fixed to an installment member 10 through the frame 5. The transmitter 3 employs a structure by which it is fixed to the frame 5 by a bolt 21. Moreover, the wireless communication apparatus has additional protection function for the antenna 2 against external effect by a protection cover capable of varying the antenna direction and for the transmitter 3 against sunshine by a shade plate 16.
