PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which the quality of a display panel is hard to be lowered even when a driving circuit is stuck to the display panel, and to provided its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This display device is provided with a display panel 52 having a plurality of pixels performing display and a driving circuit board 54, and the display panel 52 is provided with a first substrate 53, and the driving circuit board 54 is provided with a second substrate 55 and a driving circuit which is formed on the second substrate 55 and supplies a signal to the pixels, and the second substrate 55 is stuck to the first substrate 53 by using thermosetting resin and the volume coefficient of thermal expansion of the second substrate 55 is smaller than that of the first substrate 53.
