PURPOSE: A data shift-loading method optimized for a data window and a data processor executing the same are provided to minimize the external memory access and the data bus change through an optimized method when loading the non-arranged data from a memory. CONSTITUTION: The data of a fixed size is read from the memory and is inputted to a window register and a buffer register by an initialization instruction(300). The data of the window register and the buffer register is shifted by a fixed shift unit according to a shift-loading instruction, and the data is loaded from the memory and is inputted to the window register and the buffer register according to an address given by the shift-loading instruction(400). The data of the window register is used for an operation(500).
