PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-environment analytical method in which a superior characteristic provided by a bioassay is utilized and in which its result is used effectively in analyzing a water environment by using a function of especially a computer, to provide a water-environment countermeasure decision method, to provide a water-environment control method and to provide a system for the methods. SOLUTION: In the water-environment analysis method, the water-environment countermeasure decision and control method and the system for the methods, a result obtained by the bioassay with reference to sample water is compared with reference values set in advance in the computer, and a state and a characteristic of the sample water are decided automatically.
